Role: Security Lead (Focus on SIEM / SOC and Overall App/Network Security)
7 years of hands-on experience in planning architecting designing and operating enterprise information / cyber security across DC DR and cloud environments; BE / BTech / MTech / MCA (CS / Electronics or equivalent); Exposure to AI/ML-based security analytics UEBA SOC automation and security certifications (CISSP / CISM / CISA / CEH) - preferred. Define and own enterprise security architecture across infrastructure network perimeter application and cloud layers. Define architect and govern SIEM/SOC as a primary responsibility including SIEM/SOAR strategy use-case definition data source onboarding capacity sizing retention licensing and cost models across DC DR and cloud. Architect and govern SIEM/SOAR platforms covering log ingestion parsing enrichment correlation alerting orchestration integrations with IAM ticketing threat intelligence and observability platforms including HA/DR RBAC hardening and segregation of duties. Govern SOC operations and effectiveness including alert triage quality false-positive reduction playbook execution and reporting of MTTD MTTR alert volumes and automation coverage. Design and govern enterprise security controls including WAF Firewalls IPS/IDS Proxy Endpoint Security Application Security and API Gateway & Microservices security. Define and enforce Authentication and Authorization architecture for Microservices ecosystems including enhanced RBAC and token-based security models. Lead security incident management investigation root-cause analysis response and post-incident improvements. Plan and support BCP / DC-DR drills from a security perspective ensuring secure failover resilience and audit readiness. Coordinate and support security audits risk assessments vulnerability testing and remediation working with OEMs SOC teams auditors and internal stakeholders.
