Job Title: Head Security In-Charge – Plant
Role Overview
Responsible for leading and managing all security functions of the plant to ensure the safety of personnel assets materials and premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall plant security and safety operations.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure effective deployment.
- Control entry/exit of employees visitors vehicles and materials.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and security infrastructure.
- Conduct security audits risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with local authorities during emergencies and security incidents.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ex-Army personnel (JCO/Officer preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in plant industrial or corporate security.
- Strong leadership communication and incident management skills.
- Experience with surveillance systems and security protocols.
