The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees visitors and company assets. The role involves monitoring premises controlling access and responding to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol company premises regularly
- Control entry and exit of employees visitors and vehicles
- Verify identification and maintain visitor records
- Prevent unauthorized access and ensure security protocols are followed
- Handle emergency situations such as fire theft or accidents
- Ensure safety of company property and equipment
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass
- Prior experience in security services preferred
- Physically fit and alert
- Good observation and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Rotational shifts (day/night)
Required Skills:
Knowledge of textile dyeing and printing processes Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge (Excel reporting) Attention to detail and quality focus
Required Education:
Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field 15 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
