What were looking for

We are looking for a SDE to join our rapidly expanding Engineering team.

• Application Development Design develop configure and enhance business applications using the Zinier Low/No-Code Platform.
• Module Development Build new modules workflows business rules UI components and application capabilities based on product requirements.
• Application Enhancement Analyze existing modules and continuously improve functionality usability reliability and performance.
• Integration Development Build and maintain integrations with REST APIs third-party applications enterprise systems and other services.
• End-to-End Development Work across frontend backend APIs integrations and platform components to deliver complete solutions.
• Testing & Quality Assurance Develop unit integration and functional tests and ensure high-quality production releases.
• Performance & Security Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and implement secure application development practices including protection against XSS CSRF/XSRF and other common web vulnerabilities.
• AI-Native Development Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities such as copilots intelligent automation recommendations and AI-assisted workflows.
• Production Support Diagnose and resolve application integration and production issues efficiently.
• Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers Designers Architects QA and other engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Version Control & Deployment Follow engineering best practices using Git CI/CD pipelines code reviews and automated testing.
• Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve application architecture development processes platform capabilities and engineering productivity.

• 610 years of software development experience building scalable web applications.
• Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as or Angular.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming AJAX/fetch JSON REST APIs and web application architecture.
• Experience with API integrations authentication authorization and API security.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest Jasmine or Mocha.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work effectively in a low-code/no-code application development environment.

• Hands-on experience building or integrating applications powered by LLMs or AI services.
• Experience with AI/LLM platforms or APIs such as OpenAI Azure OpenAI Vertex AI Amazon Bedrock or similar.
• Experience designing and iterating on prompt flows and AI workflows.
• Understanding of structured outputs function/tool calling RAG or agentic workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI output quality and design mechanisms for monitoring feedback and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of AI application security data privacy hallucination mitigation and access control.

• Experience with Java/JEE Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Understanding of database design schemas and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals rather than dependence on a particular framework.
• Ability to translate business requirements into working applications.
• Comfortable working across UI business logic APIs integrations data.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new platform capabilities and AI technologies.
• Ability to balance configuration low-code development and custom engineering appropriately.
