Job Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support complex modernization initiatives by enabling Agile teams and driving execution in legacy-to-modern transformation environments. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful scalable solutions while promoting continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective adoption of Agile practices.

• Enable end-to-end execution and delivery for modernization programs with a focus on quality and predictability.

• Track and improve delivery using Scrum and engineering metrics (velocity cycle time quality predictability).

• Support and coach teams to become high-performing self-organized and accountable.

• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to align priorities refine backlog and deliver value-driven outcomes.

• Manage cross-team dependencies risks and impediments especially in complex legacy-to-modern transformation environments.

• Partner with architects and engineering teams to ensure alignment with architecture NFRs and scalability goals.

• Promote engineering excellence including CI/CD DevOps practices and code quality standards.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through retrospectives and data-driven insights.

• Ensure transparency and effective communication across global and cross-functional teams.

Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 12 years of relevant experience delivering highly resilient highly scalable enterprise products.
• Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in modernization or large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and delivery execution in complex multi-system environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices: microservices APIs cloud platforms CI/CD DevOps tools.
• Good understanding of engineering quality NFRs (performance reliability scalability).
• Strong facilitation coaching conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive execution discipline accountability and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and business stakeholders
