Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedScrum Master & Business Analystwith 7 years of experience to drive Agile delivery while effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring clear requirements gathering analysis and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles Scrum practices and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity burndown charts etc.)
• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and high performance
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritization

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Create user stories acceptance criteria process flows and documentation
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment
• Conduct gap analysis impact assessment and business process mapping
• Participate in UAT and ensure successful delivery of business solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master Business Analyst or in a hybrid role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with tools likeJIRA Confluence Azure DevOps or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM PSM or equivalent)
• Business Analysis Certification (CBAP CCBA or equivalent)
• Experience in domains like Banking Finance Healthcare or IT Services
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery tools
