Scrum Master

JOB SUMMARY

The Scrum Master supports Agile delivery for assigned teams by facilitating execution managing dependencies and ensuring consistent delivery of value. This role focuses on pragmatic Agile execution stakeholder coordination and day-to-day delivery support within a fast-paced cross-team environment.

The role will work closely with teams across Roger DCT AI/orchestrator and upstream systems requiring strong coordination and dependency management in addition to standard Scrum responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews retrospectives) in a practical and outcome-driven manner
• Act as a servant leader supporting teams in delivering committed work and removing blockers
• Proactively identify track and managecross-team dependencies across multiple squads and platforms (e.g. Roger DCT AI/orchestrator teams)
• Drivedelivery coordination including sprint execution tracking risk identification and mitigation
• Partner closely with Product Owners stakeholders and other teams to ensure clarity of priorities and alignment on deliverables
• Providestatus updates reporting and communication to stakeholders on progress risks and dependencies
• Use Azure DevOps or similar tools to manage work maintain visibility and support reporting
• Support continuous improvement by adapting Agile practices to team and project needs rather than strictly following frameworks
• Help teams maintain focus on sprint goals while balancing changing priorities and dependencies
• Looking for candidates who have worked closely with technical teams in Agile and AI-driven / AI Assisted development environments
• AI exposure should include hands-on integration and implementation experience not certification-only backgrounds (such as PSM AI Essentials or AI in Kanban)
• Resume should clearly demonstrate experience with scaled Agile delivery PI planning and measurable delivery metrics aligned to the role expectations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Agile/Scrum certification (e.g. CSM PSM SAFe) preferred

TECHNICAL / SOFT SKILLS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear status reporting
• Strong coordination and facilitation skills across multiple teams
• Practical understanding of Agile frameworks with the ability to adapt as needed
• Experience with Azure DevOps Jira or similar Agile tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

EXPERIENCE

• 35 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles
• Proven experience working infast-paced delivery environments with multiple dependencies
• Strong experience instakeholder coordination reporting and delivery tracking
• Experience handling both Scrum Master and Project Management responsibilities (required)
• Experience working inprofessional services accounting or regulated environments strongly preferred
• Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile environments is a plus
