Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery strengthen team

collaboration and help Scrum teams deliver high-quality products predictably. The ideal

candidate will be skilled in removing impediments coaching teams and stakeholders and driving

continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews

and retrospectives.

Coach Scrum teams Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum

practices.

Track sprint progress delivery risks dependencies and impediments.

Remove blockers by coordinating with technical teams business stakeholders and

leadership.

Promote self-organization accountability transparency and continuous improvement.

Support Product Owners with backlog refinement prioritization and readiness.

Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity burndown cycle time throughput and release

progress.

Identify delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately.

Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams including product engineering

QA design and operations.

Help teams improve estimation planning quality and predictability.

Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the adoption of consistent

delivery practices.
