Project / Business Context

Enable adoption of Agile methodologies and manage the execution of Digital and AI portfolio and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design implement and operationalize SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) across the Enterprise AI and Digital Solutions value stream starting with AI initiatives and scaling to global IT.
• Select configure and deploy agile tooling (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps or equivalent) to support SAFe cadence PI planning dependency tracking and portfolio visibility
• Coach delivery teams product owners and leadership on SAFe principles ceremonies and practices - including PI Planning System Demos Backlog Refinement and Continuous Delivery
• Establish and maintain Program Increment (PI) cadence ensuring alignment across teams dependencies are visible and value delivery metrics are tracked and reported
• Wear multiple hats due to lean organizational structure
• Partner with technical and business leadership to align SAFe with GxP compliance requirements change management processes and IT governance
• Lead the rollout roadmap for SAFe adoption starting with the AI value stream and phasing in Global IT teams; manage stakeholder communication
