Job Title: CLM Review & Contract Analyst
Role Summary
The CLM Review & Contract Analyst will drive value realization from contracts by leveraging Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms analytics and insightsled reviews. This role partners closely with Legal and Procurement teams to improve commercial outcomes enhance compliance and proactively manage contract risks across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts using CLM platforms and advanced analytics tools to identify commercial compliance and risk opportunities.
- Drive measurable value realization through structured contract reviews obligation tracking and analyticsled insights.
- Identify and quantify revenue savings and leakage opportunities embedded within contract terms conditions and obligations.
- Enable proactive contract lifecycle governance by developing and leveraging dashboards alerts and contract analytics.
- Partner closely with Legal and Procurement stakeholders to improve contract outcomes strengthen compliance and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Support continuous improvement of contract review methodologies analytics frameworks and CLM adoption across the organization.
