We are seeking a Scientific Business Analyst with expertise in Biotechnology and Informatica ETL to support data integration analytics and digital transformation initiatives within the life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders scientists data engineers and IT teams to gather requirements analyze data and support ETL processes using Informatica while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements from biotechnology and life sciences stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users data engineering teams and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Informatica ETL developers to design and implement data integration workflows.
• Analyze source-to-target data mappings and validate ETL requirements.
• Support data migration data warehousing and system integration projects.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) user stories and process flows.
• Perform data analysis using SQL to validate business requirements and ETL outputs.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect tracking and production validation.
• Ensure data quality integrity and compliance with regulatory standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve reporting dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
• Assist in project planning stakeholder communication and change management activities.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biotechnology Life Sciences Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Life Sciences Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong understanding of Biotechnology and scientific/business processes.
• Hands-on experience working with Informatica PowerCenter Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) or similar Informatica ETL tools.
• Strong knowledge of ETL concepts data warehousing and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent analytical documentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Oracle SQL Server Snowflake or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of data governance and master data management (MDM).
• Familiarity with Power BI Tableau or other reporting tools.
• Experience with Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA) is a plus.
