School Principal

• Lead the academic vision and transformation of the school ensuring continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
• Drive holistic development of students through a balanced focus on academics co-curriculars and life skills.
• Introduce and implement innovative future-ready learning practices aligned with CBSE and NEP frameworks.
• Work closely with Coordinators and HODs mentoring and enabling them to deliver high-quality academic outcomes.
• Strengthen classroom practices pedagogy and assessment frameworks across grades.
• Build a strong culture of academic ownership accountability and continuous upskilling among faculty.
• Engage actively with the parent community building trust transparency and partnership in the learning journey.
• Analyze student performance data and drive targeted academic interventions.
• Ensure alignment with CBSE norms regulatory requirements and institutional goals.
• Oversee school operations with a strong academic lens while ensuring efficiency and discipline. Work under the guidance of the Governing Board Members & Directors ensuring the school meets its mission vision and all legal and ethical obligations.
• Recruit hire and retain qualified teaching staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee student services including counselling and support programs and address student behaviour issues through fair and consistent disciplinary policies.
• Organize and actively participate in parent-teacher conferences and school community meetings.
• Allocate resources efficiently and monitor budgets expenses and overall financial performance of the school.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Support the General Manager Administration on all administrative matters and work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrolment and school branding goals.
• Oversee the admissions process including student assessments and interactions with prospective parents ensuring it reflects the schools academic standards and values.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in leading a large K-12 CBSE school (2000 students).
• Strong academic grounding with prior teaching experience in senior grades (preferably Grades 912).
• Subject expertise in Mathematics Science or English preferred.
• Demonstrated success in improving academic standards and building strong academic teams.
• A leader who is hands-on approachable and deeply invested in student and teacher growth.
• 18 years of overall experience including a proven track record as a Principal or in a senior school leadership role with at least 3 years in the GCC region.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the GCC region (UAE Oman Qatar Saudi Arabia etc.).
• Exposure to international/multicultural school environments.
• Candidates with GCC experience who have already relocated to India or are currently based in GCC and open to relocating will be preferred.
