Job Summary
Experience: 5 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities
Lead and resolve escalated MECM-related incidents and service requests.
Design deploy and manage MECM infrastructure and client configurations.
Managing OS & Boot Images
Provide technical support to L2/L3 issues in the service area
Technical & functional documentation related to service area
Intune activities like Autopilot device configuration Life cycle management
Intune co-management scenarios
Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of hands-on experience with MECM/SCCM enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment using Task Sequences & WDS
Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating System Management
Experience with Intune Azure AD and co-management.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experienced with Imaging technologies like DISM & ImageX
Knowledge of Power BI
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
