Experience 1)3 to 5 years of total experience in the Benefits domain (SAP HCM Benefits and/or SuccessFactors EC Benefits) 2)12 years of US Benefits experience US benefit plan types (medical dental vision FSA/HSA 401k life/disability) open enrollment cycles ACA compliance 3)2 years of hands-on integration testing / SIT execution experience on SAP or SuccessFactors programs 4)Direct experience testing benefits carrier interfaces enrollment feeds third-party vendor integrations Technical Skills 1)SuccessFactors EC Benefits benefits program/plan setup eligibility rules enrollment events life event configuration 2)SAP HCM Benefits infotype processing (IT0167 IT0168 IT0169) benefit plan configuration payroll deduction integration 3)Integration testing experience across HR-to-Benefits Benefits-to-Payroll and Benefits-to-Carrier data flows 4)Defect management in HP ALM / Quality Center JIRA Azure DevOps or equivalent tools 5)Basic understanding of benefits data structures for test data validation and troubleshooting Soft Skills / Ways of Working 1)Thorough and structured test execution attention to detail in script execution and defect documentation 2)Clear written communication for defect logging precise replication steps expected vs. actual severity/priority 3)Ability to work within a defined test plan and raise blockers proactively 4)Comfortable collaborating with functional consultants developers and client SMEs to resolve test issues PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1)SuccessFactors EC or EC Benefits certification-Optional 2)Experience with benefits administration platforms 3)Prior consulting/SI delivery project experience
