JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking senior SAP Finance analyst owning major workstreams and solution design authority with SAP RTR hands-on experience to support the Record to Report workstream and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our Finance Applications portfolio. This role will own and support SAP RTR sustainment project delivery and S/4HANA transformation while working with Finance and IT teams on automation and process improvements using UiPath Comarch SAP BTP and SAP Cloud ALM. The focus will be on reducing manual effort strengthening controls and improving efficiency across RTR P2P/AP O2C/AR and Master Data processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

• Own and Support assigned SAP RTR activities across configuration EDI interfaces forms security testing L3 escalations service requests reporting and training.
• Coordinate with business teams internal IT and external vendors across operations ERP project and transformation initiatives.
• Responsible for liaising with partner associates business stakeholders and senior counterparts across SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) and Finance functions.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates deployment plans and project execution activities within the RTR workstream.
• Maintain Solution Manager and support Master Data activities within the RTR value stream.
• Support cost management optimization and audit-related activities for the ERP platform.
• Support S/4HANA delivery activities including fit-to-standard design simplification reviews data validation regression testing and cutover support.
• Contribute inputs to next-generation ERP initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA BTP and related components.
• Support global integration of finance applications with SAP including BTP Integration Suite/CPI and IDoc/API patterns.
• Support PHINIAs transition to cloud architecture.
• Contribute to roadmap and backlog activities for assigned Finance applications and SAP-enabled finance processes with automation as a key value lever.
• Support automation delivery using PHINIA tools such as UiPath and Comarch integrated with S/4HANA ECC BTP and external systems including banking tax suppliers and customers.
• Participate in discovery workshops with Finance Procurement Shared Services and Operations to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Use SAP Signavio process insights and SAP Joule AI where applicable to support prioritization and delivery acceleration.
• Support AP workflow application operations in Comarch including monitoring scheduling error handling runbooks and hypercare.
• Maintain the inventory of finance automations support governance compliance for citizen automations and partner with Data & Analytics on impact dashboards such as touchless rate cycle time and savings.
• Ensure automation solutions follow secure-by-design principles SoD controls audit requirements and PHINIA governance standards.
• Maintain end-to-end documentation including process maps solution designs user stories test scripts and runbooks.
• Collaborate with vendor and MSP partners across RPA SAP and integration delivery.
• Communicate progress risks and value updates to Finance and IT stakeholders.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Finance or a related field.
• 712 years experience in SAP automation or finance transformation with 6 years in end-to end.
• SAP RTR functional management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP RTR / Finance & Controlling; exposure to P2P/AP O2C/AR or Master
• Data a plus. S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Proven automation delivery with UiPath (required) and Comarch or similar SAP automation frameworks (strongly preferred).
• Hands-on with UiPath Studio Orchestrator REFramework bot governance and lifecycle management.
• Integration experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite/CPI IDoc/API patterns.
• Familiarity with SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Solid understanding of SAP security GRC SoD and audit controls.
• Automotive industry experience desired.
• Strong product ownership mindset roadmap backlog sprint delivery KPI-driven.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Finance Procurement Operations and IT.
