Cargill is seeking a seasoned SAPApplicationDeveloperto leadCommercial and Sourcingfocused initiativesacross Contract Management Pricing Costing Order to Cash Digital Customer Experience (Customer portals Fiori AI...) Sourcing Direct and Indirect Procurementin SAPModuleslikeMM SDforboth functional and technical/configuration. This techno-functionaldeveloperrole is instrumental in shaping the future of our Specialized Portfolio through strategic deployment and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions.
The Professional Application Development job buildsmaintainsintegratesand implements software applications within the role will beoperationalin SAPOperationfunctionalitiesbut not limited to supervision this job performs complex software application testing quality assurance configurationinstallationand support to ensure smoothstableandtimelyimplementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
Key Accountabilities
- Requirements Solutioning:Attendingworkshops to capture businessrequirements analyze gaps and propose scalable SAP solutions.
- Configuration & Design: Build andmaintaincomplex SAP configurations aligned with business goals(MMSD).
- Testing & Deployment: Manage functional testing defect resolution and deployment of new releases and enhancements.
- UAT & Training Support:Guidebusiness users through User Acceptance Testing and deliver training to Super Users and end users.
- Process Optimization: Advise stakeholders on process improvements and challenge unnecessary customizations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business leads to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Application Support: Provide expert-level support for SAPOperationsprocesses and integrations with external systems ( GTSPlant systems EDI).
Qualifications
- Minimumrequirementof5-8 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years ormore ofrelevant experience.
- Provenexpertise of 5-8 yearsin SAPMM and/orSDmodules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with ABAP isadvantageousbut notrequired.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
