- Lead and support SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) implementation rollout and support projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules (Order-to-Cash cycle including pricing billing shipping and credit management).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM FI WM) for seamless integration and issue resolution.
- Provide production support troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvements in business processes.
- 9 years of experience in SAP SD with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience in configuration of pricing billing outputs partner determination and delivery processing.
- Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of integration with MM FI and other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with clients and manage stakeholders effectively.
