Job Description

Configure and implement SAP SD modules including Order Management Pricing Billing and Shipping. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Support end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes. Handle system configuration testing (unit integration UAT) and deployment. Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM FI ABAP) for integration and issue resolution. Provide production support and troubleshoot SD-related issues. Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for enhancements. Conduct user training and create documentation. Participate in system upgrades enhancements and rollouts
