About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

EY Consulting is a fast-moving high-growth area with huge potential. We are currently recruiting for a Seniors to join our team. This team offers variety challenge responsibility and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk Technology Consulting or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security while also reducing costs and managing risk.

In this role we are looking for an experienced SAP RAR Manager to join our growing SAP Finance team. The RAR consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of SAP RAR solutions ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards and optimizing financial reporting processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP FICO with minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in RAR end to end implementation

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops to gather requirements and understand the clients business processes.
• Prepare functional gaps analysis by identifying areas where standard SAP RAR functionalities need enhancements or customization
• Handle complex enhancements in RAR requirements ensuring the solution aligns with the clients business requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users during testing training and post-go-live phases.
• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the senior manager.

• Ability to drive design workshops independently with the client (Mandatory skill)
• Must be able to prepare the materials for the design workshops independently (Mandatory skill)
• Must send out the Meeting Minutes of the Workshop post each workshop that he/she leads (Mandatory skill)
• Follow up on the action items from the workshops
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Finance and Controlling Module and RAR solution
• Strong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.

What we look for

• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Information Technology or a related field. A masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CA CPA CMA) is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP financial modules with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR end-to-end implementation.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 IFRS 15) and their application within SAP RAR.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO including configuration and integration with other SAP modules.
• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP RAR implementation projects ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and configure SAP RAR to meet clients requirements.
• Provide expertise in revenue recognition principles and practices ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Expertise in integration of SAP RAR with other SAP and Non-SAP systems.
• Conduct system testing user training and post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of RAR solutions.
• Analyse and optimize existing revenue recognition processes identifying opportunities for improvement automation and migration.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status financial performance and compliance issues.
• Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships
