Job Title: SAP R2R/FICO Lead

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

The SAP R2R Lead will support end-to-end Record-to-Report processes during the ECC to S/4HANA upgrade ensuring fit-to-standard adoption accurate financial reporting and smooth transition to S/4HANA Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support R2R process design covering GL AP AR Asset Accounting and Period Close

Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and S/4HANA Finance adoption

Assist in functional configuration testing and data validation activities

Support Finance integrations defect resolution and cutover activities

Contribute to go-live readiness and post-go-live stabilization

Key Skills & Experience:

10 years of SAP Finance experience with strong R2R domain expertise

Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance Universal Journal and FI configuration

Experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA upgrade or transformation projects

Strong analytical documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
