SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with 5-6 years of hands-on SAP PM implementation and support experience preferably in the Dairy industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in maintenance processes equipment management preventive maintenance planning breakdown maintenance and integration with other SAP modules in a manufacturing environment.

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP PM solutions aligned with maintenance operations in dairy manufacturing plants.
• Configure and support SAP PM processes including:
  • Technical Objects (Equipment Functional Locations)
  • Maintenance Notifications
  • Maintenance Orders
  • Preventive Maintenance Plans
  • Task Lists
  • Breakdown and Corrective Maintenance
  • Calibration Management
  • Refurbishment Process
• Work closely with plant maintenance teams to streamline preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support maintenance planning for production equipment such as pasteurizers homogenizers packaging lines refrigeration units boilers chillers and utilities.
• Integrate SAP PM with related modules including:
  • SAP Materials Management (Materials Management)
  • SAP Production Planning (Production Planning)
  • SAP Quality Management (Quality Management)
  • SAP Controlling (Controlling)
• Manage master data related to spare parts BOMs measuring points and maintenance history.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation rollout enhancement and support projects.
• Conduct system testing user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams.
• Train end users and provide post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulatory and equipment maintenance standards in dairy operations.

• Strong expertise in SAP ERP Plant Maintenance configuration and business processes.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementation projects (minimum 1-2 implementations preferred).
• Good knowledge of maintenance scheduling work order management and asset management.
• Understanding of integration with SAP S/4HANA environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of master data migration and data validation.
• Exposure to workflow configuration and reporting.

• Experience working in Dairy Manufacturing / Food Processing industry is mandatory/preferred.
• Understanding of maintenance processes for:
  • Milk processing plants
  • Packaging machinery
  • Refrigeration systems
  • Utility equipment
  • CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems
  • Cold chain operations
  • Production line maintenance

• Understanding of SAP integrations and interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred).
• Experience with SAP reports enhancements and forms.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications is an advantage.
