SAP MM Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP MM processes configuration business requirement gathering and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and provide SAP MM solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP MM based on business needs.
• Work on end-to-end procurement processes including:
  • Purchase Requisition (PR)
  • Request for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Purchase Order (PO)
  • Goods Receipt (GR)
  • Invoice Verification (IV)
• Configure:
  • Material Master
  • Vendor Master
  • Purchasing Organization
  • Purchasing Groups
  • Valuation and Account Determination
• Manage inventory processes including:
  • Stock Transfers
  • Physical Inventory
  • Batch Management
  • Serial Number Management
• Handle pricing procedures and release strategies.
• Support SAP MM integration with:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP FI/CO
  • SAP PP
  • SAP WM/EWM
• Prepare functional specifications for developments reports interfaces enhancements forms and workflows.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Perform unit testing integration testing UAT and production support.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
• Resolve production issues within SLA timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP MM configuration.
• Expertise in Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Material Master
  • Vendor Master
  • Source Determination
  • Release Strategy
  • Pricing Procedure
  • Inventory Management
  • Physical Inventory
  • Invoice Verification
• Knowledge of SAP integration with SD FI/CO PP and WM/EWM.
• Experience in support and implementation projects.
• Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing retail or distribution industries.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of Fiori Apps.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba integration.
• Experience with migration projects.
• Certification in SAP MM is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
