This role is pivotal in driving Carriers digital transformation journey with a focus onMDG candidate will bringpassionfor customers a desire to drive quality and speedof delivery for Carriersapplicationsand processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• MDG Strategy for Manufacturing &Carrier DHIEnablement
  Define and execute the MDG strategy aligned with manufacturing business priorities (supply chain procurement finance plant operations) and the S/4HANA roadmapleveragingtheCarriers Digital Hubas a scalable delivery and support model.

• Functional Leadership across MDG Domains
  Lead end-to-end functional design for MDG domains (Business Partner Material Finance) ensuring standardized data models governance processes and integrations supporting manufacturing processes such as source-to-pay plan-to-produce and order-to-cash.

• Business Partnership & Governance Framework
  Act as a trusted partner to manufacturing leaders data owners and regional teams toestablishglobal governance decision forums ownership models and data standards balancing global template discipline with local plant requirements.

• Program Delivery &TeamOrchestration
  Govern MDG program delivery across regions by orchestrating onshoreoffshore collaborationthrough theCarriers DHI covering fit-to-standard workshops build testing cutover andhypercare while ensuring predictable delivery quality and cost efficiency.

• Data Quality Compliance & Manufacturing Controls
  Drive data quality risk and compliance across manufacturing master data (vendor customer material plant) embedding controls audit readiness and regulatory requirements into MDG workflows and approvals in close alignment with GRC and internal controls.

• Change Management & Capability Building
  Lead change communication and training for manufacturing users and plant stakeholders while building MDG functional and governance capabilities within theteamto enable long-term sustainability continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Experience:

• Minimum 12-15 years of SAP Master Data Governance should have 4 full lifecycle implementation experience inMDG.

• Should have deep expertise on SAP- MDG E2E configurations.

• Expertise in Implementation of SAPMDGSolution.

• Ability to think strategically while operating tactically to implement global data standards and global

• technical/process solutions.

• Excellent analytical abilities organization and project/process management skills

• Ability to convey vision through conversations / meetings / office tools

• Demonstrate high degree of initiative and self-motivation

• Comfortable meeting customers and partners

• Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization

• Effective formal presentation and facilitation skills in a variety of settings

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum SAFe) an in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles would be an advantage

• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
