Role: SAP IS-U Device Management Consultant
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Device Management (DM) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise to manage daily operations troubleshoot issues and support business-critical IS-U DM processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day SAP IS-U DM operations and troubleshooting
Provide effective workarounds while RCA is in progress
Monitor and manage SAP batch jobs and scheduling
Handle incidents and support issue resolution within defined SLAs
Understand IS-U DM integration with other SAP modules and external systems
Identify and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure operational goals are met
Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Communicate effectively with technical and business teams
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Device Management
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
Knowledge of SAP batch jobs & scheduling
Understanding of SAP IS-U DM integrations
Strong Incident Management exposure/awareness
Good RCA and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Required Skills:
