Job Summary
- Skillset:
- Sourcing and procurement experience - Manage procurement processes: create and update purchase orders in SAP maintain Purchase Info Records (PIR) and Source Lists (SL) and handle purchase requisitions.
- Ensure compliance and approvals: obtain necessary approvals (like PCO) and update orders for regional requirements pricing and compliance.
- Strong experience in SAP Ariba and PLM tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders (engineering manufacturing quality etc.) to understand requirements and support business needs.
- Coordinate with vendors: send drawings review quotes address queries select vendors and communicate on manufacturing timelines and shipment tracking.
