Job Title: SAP H4CHEM Specialist
Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune India

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP H4CHEM Specialist to support a SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation program for the Chemicals industry. The role involves driving industry-specific solution design process harmonization compliance alignment and S/4HANA best practice adoption across chemical manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead H4CHEM solution design and implementation activities during ECC to S/4HANA transformation.
• Analyze existing business processes and align them with SAP S/4HANA Chemicals industry best practices.
• Support process standardization across manufacturing batch management quality logistics and compliance functions.
• Coordinate with functional technical integration and business teams during design and deployment phases.
• Support testing cutover data migration and hypercare activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations traceability and operational requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• 8 years of SAP functional consulting experience in Chemicals industry projects.
• Experience in SAP RISE and cloud transformation programs preferred.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics.
• Knowledge of EHS product compliance or warehouse processes is an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• SAP S/4HANA Chemicals Industry Solution (H4CHEM) - Strong understanding of SAP industry solutions and processes for chemical manufacturing organizations.
• ECC to S/4HANA Transformation Experience - Experience in at least one SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade or transformation program.
• Batch Management & Traceability - Expertise in batch-controlled manufacturing inventory traceability and compliance processes.
• Production & Supply Chain Processes - Knowledge of manufacturing procurement inventory and logistics operations in chemical industries.
• Integration Knowledge - Understanding of integrations across MM PP QM EWM SD and Finance modules.
• Regulatory & Compliance Processes - Familiarity with product compliance hazardous material handling and reporting requirements.
• Functional Design & Configuration - Ability to support process design configuration testing and documentation activities.
• Data Migration & Master Data - Experience handling material master batch data BOMs and migration validation activities.
• Testing & Deployment Support - Experience in SIT UAT cutover planning and hypercare support.
• Stakeholder Management - Ability to coordinate effectively with business users project teams and leadership stakeholders.
