Summary:
The SAP RE-FX Lead will be responsible for leading the design implementation and support of SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) solutions within SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on lease administration property management contract management lease accounting IFRS 16/ASC 842 compliance rent calculations property cost allocations and real estate portfolio management while ensuring integration with Finance Controlling Procurement and Asset Management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This is a client onsite project and will be operated exclusively from the clients location in Bhilai Chhattisgarh. All project activities and resource deployment will be carried out from the client site
- A 15 years full time education is required.
