We Are Hiring SAP Fieldglass Consultant
We are hiring for an experienced SAP Fieldglass professional with strong expertise in Contingent Workforce management and exposure to SAP MM for our Bengaluru team.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 8-12 Years
Role: Team Lead / Consultant
Work Mode: On-site / As per client requirement
Education: 15 years of full-time education
Must-Have Skills
- SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce
- SAP Fieldglass implementation and configuration
- SAP MM Materials Management
- System integration and enterprise application data flow
- SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
- Scalable solution development
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP Fieldglass solutions for contingent workforce processes
- Act as an SME and collaborate with multiple teams
- Lead technical decisions and provide solutions to complex problems
- Work on integrations and data flow between enterprise applications
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project objectives and deliverables
- Mentor junior team members and support team development
