We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CX for Utilities and SAP IS-U integration.

Requirements

35 years of hands-on experience in SAP CX

Minimum 12 full-cycle SAP CX implementation projects for Utilities clients

Strong experience in utility business processes such as Move-In / Move-Out

Expertise in Automated Billing Inquiries Complaints Payments & Collections

Experience with Outage Management processes

Strong understanding of SAP IS-U integration

Ability to gather business requirements and deliver end-to-end SAP CX solutions

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables

Required Skills:
