- Lead end-to-end SAP cutover planning execution and governance for large-scale transformation and implementation programs.
- Develop and manage integrated cutover plans ensuring alignment across business IT SAP functional technical and third-party teams.
- Coordinate go-live readiness activities risk assessments issue resolution contingency planning and hypercare support.
- Track cutover milestones dependencies and deliverables providing regular status reporting to program leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure successful transition from project implementation to business operations with minimal disruption and adherence to project timelines
- 8 years of experience in SAP program delivery cutover management release management or large-scale ERP transformation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP Cutover Strategy Go-Live Planning Deployment Management and Cross-Functional Stakeholder Coordination.
- Proven experience managing complex dependencies risk mitigation business readiness and command center activities during go-live.
- Excellent project management communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions in high-pressure environments.
Experience working with global teams Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs.
