Job Description:

Implement and manage SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) / Gigya solutions for identity and consent management.
Integrate SAP CDC with Emarsys Commerce Cloud Hybris Marketing and SAP CDP for unified customer profiles.
Design and manage campaign automation customer segmentation and personalized customer journeys.
Work with APIs webhooks and microservices for real-time customer engagement.
Support cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with consent and data privacy policies.
Participate in Agile sprints delivering high-quality iterative solutions.
