Hiring for SAP C4C/CX Consultant

Experience: 6 years

Locations: Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad (Work from office)

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant to implement configure and support SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both functional and technical aspects of SAP C4C including business process understanding configuration customization and integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SAP C4C using SDK/PDI (SAP Cloud Applications Studio).
• Work with UI Designer for screen modifications enhancements and custom views.
• Develop and enhance ABSL scripting BODL and UI scripts.
• Integrate C4C with SAP ECC S/4HANA SAP CRM and third-party applications using CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) OData and Web Services.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in the C4C system.
• Implement and support SAP Fiori-based applications for C4C.
• Gather business requirements design solutions and configure SAP C4C (Sales Cloud Service Cloud).
• Define and document business processes workflows and best practices.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Configure standard functionalities such as Organizational Structure Business Roles Workflows and Notifications.
• Support data migration activities (customers contacts opportunities etc.).
• Train business users and provide post-go-live support.
