• Reporting to: Senior Consultant / Delivery Manager

This role is responsible for service delivery related to ABAP Development. The position requires a technical professional with hands-on experience leading ABAP teams driving development streams and working independently to research complex technical issues while taking complete ownership of delivery.

• ABAP Development: Extensive experience with BAPI BADI User Exits Enhancements and BDC to customize out-of-the-box SAP solutions.

• Interfaces & Reports: Hands-on experience creating reports interfaces and working with ALE IDOC and RICEFW complexes.

• Issue Resolution: Ability to research SAP issues through OSS as well as evaluate apply and test OSS notes.

• Team Leadership: Proven exposure to leading ABAP development teams and managing deliverables independently.

• Incident and Change Management including SLA/KPI compliance.

• Service availability incident reduction MTTR improvement and ticket aging reduction.

• Reduction in repeat incidents and recurring problems.

• Customer satisfaction and stakeholder feedback.

• Quality of governance reporting and risk management.

• Automation efficiency and cost optimization benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering IT or a related discipline.

• Relevant SAP Certification is required.

• ITIL certification is preferred.

• PMP PRINCE2 Agile or SAFe certification is an advantage.
