Job Summary

Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a technofunctional subject matter expert for Salesforce applications
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Configure and support Salesforce features objects flows and automation
Manage and support data quality integrations reporting and analytics
Partner with business users to optimize processes and improve user adoption
Support production issues enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with developers on solution design testing and deployment
Contribute to AIdriven use cases automation and agent-based capabilities on the Salesforce platform

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
57 years of experienceworking with Salesforce applications as a TechnoFunctional Analyst
Strong technical and functional analytical skills including:
- Salesforce configuration and customizations
- Data management and integrations
- Business process analysis and support
Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills

Salesforce Expertise

Proven hands-on experience with:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Field Service (FSL)
Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform architecture
Experience with AI Einstein features and agentic/automation capabilitieswithin Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Administrator Advanced Administrator Business Analyst or Platform App Builder preferred)
Experience working in a large global enterprise environment
Familiarity with integrations (e.g. ERP systems APIs middleware)
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset

Working Conditions

The work mode of Finisar India is Hybrid i.e. 3 days at office or current working policy.
