Job Summary
9 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience including Service Channels Case Management PSR Agent Workspace Supervisor Configuration Presence Configuration and Messaging Sessions.
Strong expertise in Salesforce products and functionality with experience working in complex Salesforce environments and large-scale Salesforce orgs.
Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel (Skill-Based Routing) and Knowledge Management ensuring efficient case routing and agent productivity.
Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Customization including:
- Record Types Objects Page Layouts and Picklists
- Macros and Email Templates
- Reports and Dashboards
- Apps and Consoles
Experience managing Salesforce security models including Profiles Roles Permission Sets Permission Set Groups and user access control.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Salesforce configurations and customizations including Flows Apex LWC Validation Rules and Workflow Rules.
Strong SOQL troubleshooting and debugging skills for data analysis and issue resolution.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and managed packages including support for enterprise-wide implementations.
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments manage aggressive timelines and collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
