Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Field Service.
Experience providing L2/L3 Production Support.
Strong knowledge of Incident Management RCA and Defect Resolution.
Experience with Salesforce configuration Case Management Omni-Channel and Service Console.
Hands-on experience with UAT Regression Testing and Production Deployments.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
