As a Custom Software Engineer your day involves designing building and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements translating them into functional software solutions and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities fostering innovation and efficiency within the business context.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
