Job Summary
Salesforce Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The engineer will work across application development integrations and platform capabilities while also leveraging AI capabilities (e.g. Salesforce Einstein generative AI and Copilot tools) to enhance development productivity and solution design.
Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex Lightning and platform capabilities
Build reusable components and enforce consistent design patterns and coding standards
Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Apply core platform principles including data modeling security sharing model and OOP concepts
Leverage low-code capabilities (flows validation rules etc.) alongside custom development where appropriate
Utilize AI tools (e.g. Salesforce Einstein Copilot) to accelerate development analysis and solutioning
Drive code quality through refactoring continuous improvement and adherence to best practices
Independently own implementation decisions and deliver with minimal supervision
Collaborate in Agile teams participate in scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions
Utilize CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Jenkins) for efficient development and deployment processes
