Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Three to four years of experience as a Salesforce administrator experience
Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
Experience supporting both sales and service cloud
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles allocating roles and managing access
Knowledge of importing salesforce object data and generating Salesforce reports
Proactive attitude to platform enhancements
Experience designing scalable best practice solutions
Excellent relationship-building skills
Experience in change management and governance
Experience training end users and key stakeholders
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
Experience working at a fast-paced SaaS company
