Sales Officer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sales Officer in Madurai Kumbakonam Salem and Chennai. Our client is a reputed organization in the Ayurvedic Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals to promote its products and expand market presence. • Promote Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products to doctors pharmacies and distributors.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  
• Conduct regular product presentations and promotional activities.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management.
  
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
  

• Pharmaceutical Sales Experience in healthcare/pharma product selling.
  
• Territory Management Ability to manage assigned regions effectively.
  
• Communication Skills Strong customer interaction and presentation skills.
  
• Negotiation Skills Ability to close sales and maintain client relationships.
  
• Customer Relationship Management Build long-term business partnerships.
  

• Experience in Ayurvedic product sales.
  
• Distributor handling experience.
  
• Knowledge of CRM software.
  

Candidates with prior Pharma or Sales experience are preferred. Experience in healthcare FMCG or pharmaceutical field sales will be an added advantage.

• Minimum: Any Graduation
  
• Preferred: MBA (Marketing) (Typical)
