Job Title: Sales Manager – School Finance
Location: Varanasi Uttar Pradesh
CTC: Up to 10 LPA
Product: School Finance / Education Finance
Experience: Relevant experience in School Finance / Education Finance; Prime LAP candidates may also be considered.

• Drive sales and business development for School Finance products.

• Generate business through direct sourcing and market development.

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools institutions and channel partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.

• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.

• Experience in School Finance / Education Finance / LAP / Mortgage.

• Candidates with Prime LAP experience can be considered.

• Strong sales and business development skills.

• Good knowledge of the local market.

• Strong relationship management and communication skills.

• Target-oriented approach with the ability to independently drive business.
