Job Description – Sales Manager (Mortgage – DSA Vertical)

Location: Mathura
CTC: 8–9.5 LPA

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving Mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel ensuring consistent sourcing partner relationship management and high-quality portfolio onboarding.

• Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business through DSA networks.

• Onboard manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs connectors and channel partners.

• Ensure proper documentation file login and coordination with credit & operations teams.

• Track daily sourcing activities and drive achievement of monthly business targets.

• Monitor DSA performance and ensure compliance with policy norms.

• Maintain strong market intelligence regarding competition rates and sourcing channels.

• Drive customer satisfaction and smooth processing till disbursement.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sourcing (DSA channel preferred).

• Strong DSA network and understanding of the local market.

• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Ability to achieve monthly targets with consistent performance.

• Strong support from credit and operations for faster TAT.
