We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive mortgage business through the DSA channel. The role will focus on business acquisition DSA management team coordination and achieving sales targets for Home Loans and LAP.

• Drive Home Loan & LAP business through DSA/channel partners.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSA partners and market intermediaries.

• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from sourcing to login sanction and disbursement.

• Coordinate with Credit Operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.

• Monitor business pipeline productivity and conversion ratios.

• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen the DSA network.

• Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to internal policies.

• Relevant experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP sales.

• Strong experience in DSA/channel-driven business development.

• Good understanding of the local market and customer acquisition.

• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to achieve business targets and manage channel relationships.
