Position: Sales Head
Location: Cochin
Experience: 7–10 Years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction / Furniture / Building Materials / Business Development.
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business Management Sales & Marketing Interior Design Architecture Engineering or a relevant field.
Salary: 7–8.4 LPA

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
* Lead mentor and monitor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and key clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Drive sales across relevant industry segments and expand market presence.
* Handle business development client acquisition and revenue generation activities.
* Prepare sales plans forecasts and performance reports for management.
* Monitor market trends competitor activities and business opportunities.
* Coordinate with Design Estimation Projects Production and other departments for smooth execution of orders.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets in previous organizations.
* Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
* Handle client negotiations presentations and commercial discussions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
* Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve measurable business results.
* Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
