Job Summary
We are seeking a driven target-oriented Sales Executive to be based at our Kazhakkoottam this role you will identify new business opportunities build strong customer relationships and expand our market presence across Trivandrum and nearby regions. You will manage the full sales processfrom lead generation and product pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through local networking cold outreach digital leads and direct field visits in Trivandrum / Techno park area.
Client Engagement: Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to address prospective client needs.
Pipeline Management: Track sales leads conduct regular follow-ups and keep the CRM/sales records updated daily.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle client queries negotiate terms within company guidelines and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Market Insights: Monitor local market trends and customer feedback to share actionable inputs with the management team.
Experience: 13 years of hands-on experience in Sales Business Development or Direct Client Acquisition (Motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Location: Based in or comfortable commuting daily to Kazhakkoottam Trivandrum.
Languages Known: Proficiency in Malayalam and English is required; Tamil/Hindi is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings within Trivandrum as needed.
Required Skills:
Responsibilities Facilitate Sessions: Conduct English conversation classes lasting 50 minutes per session. Fluency Coaching: Guide students through natural dialogue focusing on pronunciation idiomatic expressions and sentence structure. Active Feedback: Provide constructive real-time feedback to help students overcome specific fluency hurdles common in the Indian foundation. Curriculum Adaptation: Use provided materials or current events to spark engaging and relevant discussions. Shift Type: Fixed Part-Time Evening/Morning (depending on US Time Zone)
