Role: Sales Executive Personal Loans
Industry: BFSI / Financial Services
Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience in Personal Loans is mandatory
Salary: 19000 in-hand
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for personal loan products
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan options
Meet monthly sales targets and business goals
Guide customers through the loan application process
Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
Required Skills:
Minimum 6 months of personal loan sales experience
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach
Ability to achieve sales targets
