Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand market reach and drive sales growth for our FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Develop and manage distributors dealers & retail network

Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage

Build strong relationships with retailers and customers

Conduct market visits and competitor analysis

Ensure product visibility and promotional activities

Monitor stock movement and sales performance

Submit sales reports and market feedback regularly

Requirements

Strong experience in FMCG / Field Sales

Good communication and negotiation skills

Distributor and retailer management ability

Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset

Market development and customer relationship skills

Ability to travel and manage field activities

Basic MS Office and reporting knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Experience in FMCG consumer products beverages food products or retail sales preferred
