Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Transactions:Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently handling cash and other payment methods.
- Product Knowledge:Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Sales Target Achievement:Working to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Store Operations:Assisting with visual merchandising maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and potentially handling inventory and stock replenishment.
