Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in sales calling telecalling or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident persuasive and customer-focused personality.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
• Experience in a spiritual astrology wellness religious or related industry will be an added advantage.
