Job Summary
Job Title : Sales Business Management

Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Business Management and COO activities across regional teams.
- Partner with Sales Trading and Business Heads to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Analyze business performance revenue trends client analytics and market dynamics.
- Prepare management reports dashboards business reviews and leadership presentations.
- Support budgeting forecasting and revenue planning activities.
- Drive business strategy initiatives focused on client growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance Compliance Legal Operations Technology and Product Control.
- Monitor business metrics expenses and performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Support audit governance business continuity and control-related activities.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
- Assist in process improvements project management and business transformation initiatives.
Requisites
- MBA / CA / Masters degree in Finance Economics Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of Global Markets Capital Markets and asset classes such as Equities Fixed Income FX and Derivatives.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in business management strategy reporting or cross-functional project coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability mindset.
